Nashe Radio Top 5: August 2017

Published: September 5, 2017

Nashe Radio plays popular music that isn’t quite “pop.” What’s big in Russian-language rock, rap, punk, R&B, and alternative? Nashe Radio’s all-Russian and eclectic playlist can tell you. Once a month, SRAS provides a snapshot of what’s at the top of their charts, with YouTube videos and links to their PopKult profiles, where available.

Here’s how the lineup stood on September 1, 2017:

1. “Она не такая как все” (“She’s Not Like Everyone”)—25/17

2. “Храм” (“Temple”)—Сплин

3. “Я-Любовь” (“I Am Love”)—План Ломоносова

4. “Время жить” (“It’s Time to Live”)—Ноль

The music video for Время жить is currently unavailable, but a charming video of the group performing “Иду, курю” (“Go, Smoke”) is available for your viewing pleasure:

5. “На Урал” (“To the Urals”)—Калинов мост
